Fitness while Full Timing: Get out of your Funk!

We all suffer from it from time to time. A funk. A slump. A momentary weakness in our resolve. But it’s okay! As long as we recognize these moments before they turn into the goliath known as depression, we can turn it around. And it’s time. Time to get out of my funk and into my fit!


And I have a plan. I’ve been holding on to a secret goal. I’ve kept it a secret out of fear. For once I voice it, it becomes real. I become accountable, and failure becomes an option. And perhaps that’s just what I need right now. I need you. I need my 20,000 friends to kick my butt when I begin to slack, when I get lazy, and when I stop sharing my adventures.

I’m going to get there, and you’re going to come with me. Here’s the plan:
